Valuation for Insurance
Service Description
For obtaining values to provide to your insurer so that you may obtain or continue an insurance policy and ensure that your jewellery is appropriately covered in case of loss. Please note, we do not offer valuations for the purpose of establishing the market value of jewellery if offered for sale. For scheduling purposes, appointments are shown in the booking calendar as one hour. An hour is typically more than adequate for single-item valuations. Multi-item valuations will require a longer appointment. Once you complete the booking form indicating the number of items for valuation, Shelley's confirmation email will give you a more accurate estimate of the likely duration of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, this can easily be done by email or with a quick phonecall from Shelley.
Cancellation Policy
The booking fee of €50 secures your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill which will be prepared and emailed to you after we complete your valuation. The booking fee is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
